ANNETTE LANE

I have always had a burning desire to help people and completed my first massage course in 1975.

I became accredited as a Remedial Therapist and a Learn to Swim Teacher. I then became the School Masseuse and taught Learn to Swim at a private girls school. I also implemented a Talented Development Program for athletes and musicians at the school.

I concentrated on using Trigger Point Therapy, Structural Alignment and Deep Tissue Massage.

During this time I also maintained a clinic room at my home in Annerley. I have a diverse range of clients from tri-athletes to patients dealing with stress.  I was attracted to both Ayurvedic Medicine and Acupuncture and decided to study a Bachelor Degree of Acupuncture at Endeavour College.

I completed an Internship at Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medical University in Nanning, China in 2009, working, observing and learning alongside noted and respected doctors and professors within the Chinese Hospital system.

I now work full-time from Cotton Tree on the Sunshine Coast and provide Acupuncture, moxa, cupping, electro-acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, massage, dietary advice, Chinese herbs and stretching techniques.

I have always used Acupuncture as my preferred health treatment and I am truly amazed constantly with the wonderful results that are achieved when patients adhere to treatments.

Please feel free to call or email about any health concerns you may have and together we can work out a treatment plan to get you on the road to recovery, feeling rested, pain free and happy.
