Cotton Tree Acupuncture - Treatment in Progress

About Acupuncture

Acupuncture treatment involves the insertion of fine, sterile, single use, disposable needles into specific sites (acupuncture points) along the body’s energy pathways (meridian) to clear energy blockages and encourage the normal flow of energy or Qi throughout the body.

Acupuncture focuses on pain-free drug relief.

1. It can be effective in the treatment of acute and chronic ailments as shown in research studies which has been collated in the “Acupuncture Evidence Project”.

2. Takes a holistic approach by addressing the underlying cause of the condition as well as the symptoms.

3. The approach links body, mind and emotions.

4. Assists in the prevention of disease and the maintenance of general well-being.

As well as acupuncture, Cotton Tree Acupuncture also offers cupping & moxibustion.
